Police say he was charged with felony theft and criminal conspiracy in Lincoln County, felony theft in Hancock County and misdemeanor theft in Waldo County.

Police are still looking for 36-year-old Milad Avazdavani of Iran and 35-year-old Firdavs Jonmahmadovic Radzhabov from Tajikistan.
