PORTLAND, Maine (WGAN) Police in Portland say a woman was robbed at gun point in the city’s Old Port.

The 32-year-old woman was walking down Commercial Street near Union Street around 1:40 in the afternoon on Monday. A man tore the headphones she was wearing off of her head and fled east on Commercial Street. A second suspect then pointed a gun at her and threatened her before fleeing in the same direction.

The first suspect was a white male, 5′ 10″, clean-shaven with a gray over-sized sweatshirt. The man with the gun was a black male, also clean-shaven, with short hair, wearing an over-sized dark sweatshirt and baggy jeans.

Anyone with information is being asked to call Portland police.
