WATERFORD, Maine (WGAN)  Maine Game Wardens say they have found the remains of a man missing since 2018.

Game Wardens say they were searching for evidence related to the disappearance of 50-year-old Ricky Howard from his home on October 5, 2018 when two wardens with their K9s discovered human remains.

Wardens say the remains were found one mile into the woods near a bog near Deer Hill Road, where the search was focused.

The remains were taken to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for positive identification.
