Robbery Suspect Found in Falmouth Tree

A robbery suspect was arrested in a tree on Saturday.

Authorities say 26-year-old Jarryd King, of Warren, faces multiple charges including creating a police standoff, failing to stop for an officer, and armed robbery.

According to our info partners at CBS 13 News, King was a suspect in a robbery at the Cumberland Farms on Main Street in Gray.

A Falmouth police officer pursued King, who fled his vehicle and then hid in a tree.

King was found with help from K-9 teams. He was taken to the Cumberland County Jail.
