Rockland Man Accused of Spraying Snow at Protestors Has a Decade Long Criminal Record

A 65-year-old man from Rockland who was accused of spraying protesters with snow and ice in his plow truck was discovered to have a criminal record that spans over three decades.

On Saturday, Michael Robinson was arrested and charged with reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and driving to endanger, as well as additional charges of potential assault.

According to Rockland Police, Robinson drove a plow truck with its blade down near a protesting crowd at Chapman Park, kicking up ice and snow into people and even knocking some down.

Robinson’s criminal record dates back all the way to 1989. He has been convicted numerous times, including terrorizing, criminal mischief, and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Following his arrest, Robinson was taken to the Knox County Jail and has since been released on bail.
