Sanford man charged with DWI after leading New Hampshire police on high-speed chase

FARMINGTON, New Hampshire (WGAN) A Sanford man was arrested in New Hampshire on a DWI charge Friday morning.

New Hampshire State Police say they received calls just before 8 a.m. about a vehicle driving erratically and hitting the guardrail on Route 16 in Milton. Once police caught up with the vehicle, the driver fled. Police eventually stopped the vehicle in Farmington, New Hampshire.

The driver was identified as 48-year-old Marc Horowitz of Sanford. He was charged with DWI, reckless operation, and disobeying a police officer. He has a court date set for December 11th.
