Seven People Injured in York County Head-On Crash

Emergency crews were stretched thin in handling a serious head-on crash in Shapleigh Sunday morning.

Shapleigh Rescue says the crash at 710 Ross Comer Road at about 10:00 am left seven people with injuries.

They say eight other fire and emergency departments were brought in, as well as LifeFlight of Maine to deal with the casualties.

The York County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the crash. The condition of the seven injured people is not know.

No further details about the crash have been released.
