Silver Alert issued for missing Newburgh woman


A Silver Alert has been issued for a woman with dementia in Newburgh.

The Maine Warden Service says 58-year-old Cindy Dunton of 216 Lindsey Road in Newburgh was last seen around 8:20 Tuesday morning at her home.

She’s 5’3″, weighing about 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She’s likely to be accompanied by her two golden retrievers.

Wardens say she won’t respond to her name, and is likely disoriented.

Anyone with information is being asked to call Maine State Police.
