Skier Transported by Ambulance at Sunday River

Officials at Sunday River say a skier fell and suffered a head injury Friday morning.

According to our info partners at CBS 13 News, officials at the ski resort say the 52-year-old man fell on Sunday Punch Trail, which has an intermediate level of difficulty.

Karolyn Castaldo, Director of Communications at Sunday River, says the ski patrol team determined the man be transported by ambulance to an off-site facility for medical treatment.
