A popular seafood restaurant in York County is closed after a fire.

The fire occured at Ted’s Fried Clams and Rockhouse Ice Cream in Shapleigh.

The owner was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation.

The business announced the closure on Facebook, but no information about the cause of the fire or the extent of the damage was provided.
