Freeport, Me (WGAN) – A teacher at a christian school in Maine is facing charges of having sex with a student.
37 year old derek boyce, a Woolwich resident, is accused of gross sexual assault and two counts of unawful sexual contact with a student.
Boyce is a teacher at the Pine Tree Academy in Freeport.
The student reportedly is a 15 year old female, a resident of Lisbon.
Bail was set at $50 thousand. Boyce is due in court in December.
