Maine drug agents have arrested three people after a drug bust at a home in Milo.

Shannon Moss with the Maine Department of Public Safety said Friday that 44-year-old Jose Vasquez, 42-year-old Denise Silbert, and 26-year-old Caleb Emery, all from Milo, were charged with drug trafficking on Thursday. They’re accused of selling crack cocaine and fentanyl.

Their arrests came after several undercover purchases of drugs from the home on Albert Street.

Agents searched the home and seized nearly $12,000 in suspected drug proceeds and other evidence of trafficking.

Vasquez and Silbert were charged with two counts each of trafficking in cocaine and taken to Piscataquis County Jail with bail set at $10,000 cash.

Emery faces a single count of that same charge, and was being held at Penobscot County Jail before posting $7,500 bail.

Anyone with information about the investigation is asked to contact the Maine Drug Enforcement office closest to them.
