Two Bodies Found in Burning Truck in Bangor

BANGOR, Maine (WGAN)  Bangor Police say two bodies were discovered inside a burning truck in the city on Wednesday night.

Police say the Bangor Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire on Washington Street around 10 p.m.  Firefighters were able to quickly get the flames out, then discovered two deceased people in the truck.

Police say the vehicle was an unmarked delivery truck.  The victims have not been identified.

Police say they are investigating alongside the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
