Two Cars Collide in Buxton Drag Race

Two men were arrested after a drag race in Buxton. It happened Wednesday around 3:15 p.m. on Turkey Lane.

The Portland Press Herald reports 30-year-old Kurt-Eric J. Elliott, of Sanford, and 28-year-old Caleb Chiasson, of Westbrook, were each charged with multiple crimes including driving to endanger.

Elliott’s truck crashed into a BMW driven by 63-year-old Pamela Ridley, of Buxton.

No one was injured.

The men were reportedly fighting at the scene as emergency responders were enroute following the crash.
