Police have charged two people with murder in the killing of 43-year-old Kimberly Neptune.

On Friday, authorities said 38-year-old Donnell Dana and 38-year-old Kailie Brackett, both of Perry, were arrested during a traffic stop on Rt. 190.

Neptune was found dead inside of her home on Thursday night. Her death was later ruled a homicide.

Dana and Brackett are being held at Washington County Jail pending their first court appearance, which had not been scheduled yet on Friday.
