Waterboro Man Charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact


WATERBORO, Maine (WGAN)  A Maine man has been charged following a report about possible child sexual abuse.

The York County Sheriff’s Office says they were contacted about the possible abuse, and an investigation alongside the Department of Health and Human Services ensued.

Police say Tuesday, deputies obtained an arrest warrant for 43-year-old Brent Capener, charging him with unlawful sexual contact.

Capener is being held at York County Jail with bail at $2,500.
