WATERVILLE, Maine (WGAN) Police in Waterville are searching for a suspect in a stabbing.

Police say a man in his 20s was stabbed in the head Friday morning. Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Silver Street around 5:50 a.m. They found the victim with a stab wound to his head. He was hospitalized and later released.

Police are searching for Chad Andrews, who was identified as the suspect. His last known address was in Clinton, but he had been staying in the apartment at 58 Silver Street in Waterville. He’s wanted for aggravated assault, and police say there are concerns about his mental health and well-being.

Andrews is described as being 6′ 1″ tall, 250 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. No description of his clothing or his age were given.
