Woman hit and killed by car at Waterville gas station identified

A woman hit and killed by a car while pumping her gas in Waterville has been identified.

Police say 37-year-old Michelle Bruce of Madison was hit while pumping gas at the Big Apple store on Sunday and died at the scene.

The crash happened when a 70-year-old man from Strong hit a Cadillac being driven by a 57-year-old Waterville man.

The crash is under investigation.
