Police have identified a 29-year-old man who died in a wreck in Auburn Wednesday night.
The Auburn Police Department says 24-year-old Pablo Trivino of Boynton Beach, Florida was speeding in a pickup truck when he lost control on Merrow Road and crashed into a tree. The front passenger, 29-year-old Aaron Kirk of Porter, Texas was ejected from the truck and died at the scene.
Trivino and another passenger, 17-year-old Ricker Hicks of Mobile, Alabama, were taken to Central Maine Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. They were treated and released.
The crash remains under investigation. No charges had been filed Thursday as police continued reconstructing the accident.
