Silver Alert issued for Falmouth man who drove away from retirement community


Falmouth Police have issued a Silver Alert for a man with cognitive issues.

Police say 95-year-old David Gustafson was last seen leaving his home in Oceanview on Blueberry Lane around 1 p.m. Friday.

He has not driven in years but left in a white Lexus RX3 with Maine license plate 9429RH.

He is a white male, 5’10″, 160 pounds with gray hair and green eyes. It’s not known what he was wearing when he left.

Anyone with information is being asked to contact Falmouth police.
