Missing Person - Brandy Foster - Maine State Police

Police are searching for a woman in the Augusta area who they say has developmental disorders.

Maine State Police have issued a Silver Alert for 28-year-old Brandy Foster of Windsor.

Foster was last seen at approximately 11:00 pm on Sunday at her home on Sunset Terrace in Windsor, which she shares with her grandmother.

She was wearing black pants and possibly carrying a red backpack reading “PITA” and a black wallet with a bow and sequins.

Police say Foster supposedly has a cell phone on her, but the number is unknown, so they’ve been unable to ping it. Officers say it’s unknown if she left on foot or in a vehicle.
Also missing is their Shih-Tzu dog named Daisy, who was last known to be wearing a pink sweatshirt.
