Weather delays reopening of Portland’s Baxter Boulevard

Baxter Boulevard in Portland will remain closed for another month.

The road that runs along the city’s Back Cove was supposed to reopen to traffic next week.

According TO CBS 13, The city says recent weather has caused delays, specifically paving and the laying of cobblestone.

The stretch of Baxter Blvd. from Vannah Ave. to Payson Park is now expected to reopen by the end of August.
